EYTYS offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all designer boxes and dust bags, and securely seal the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the generated return label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
